Care & Safe Use

A few simple habits keep your GoLivUP products comfortable, clean and working well trip after trip. Always check the care label and the instructions included with your product first.

Travel Pillow and Travel Pillow Plus

Wearing it

• Wrap the deflated collar around your neck and fasten the hook-and-loop strap so you can still slide two fingers under it.
• Squeeze the hand pump slowly, a few pumps at a time, until the support feels comfortable, never tight. It takes about 30 seconds. If it feels too firm, open the valve and let a little air out.
• You should be able to breathe, swallow and turn your head comfortably at all times.
• Use it while resting as a passenger: on planes, trains, buses and in the car. Never wear it while driving.
• Stop using it if you feel pain, numbness, dizziness or any difficulty breathing.

Cleaning and storage

• Let the air out before cleaning and packing.
• Spot-clean the cover with a soft brush or a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not soak, machine-wash or scrub hard.
• Air-dry fully before storing.
• Keep it away from sharp objects and direct heat, and don't over-inflate it.
• Store it deflated and folded flat, in a dry place.

Sleep masks

• Adjust the strap so the mask stays in place without pressing hard on your head.
• Lumiere Silk Sleep Mask (mulberry silk): hand-wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent, do not wring, and air-dry flat away from direct sun.
• 3D Contour Sleep Mask (memory foam): hand-wash in cool water with a mild soap and air-dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Remove the mask if your eyes or skin feel irritated, and do not use it on broken or irritated skin.

Travel Sleep Sling

• Use it only while seated as a passenger. It is a comfort accessory, not a seat belt or safety restraint, and must never be used while driving.
• Make sure it does not cover your face or restrict your breathing, and that you can release it easily.
• Follow the cabin crew's instructions; remove it during taxi, take-off and landing if asked.
• Machine wash cold and air dry.

Portable Smart Tag

• Works with the Apple Find My app on iPhone (iOS 14.5 or later). It is not compatible with Android.
• Keep it, and its battery, away from small children and pets. A swallowed coin battery can cause serious injury; seek medical help immediately if this happens.
• Do not use it to track people or their belongings without their knowledge.
• Check your airline's rules on small batteries before you fly.

Mesh Drawstring Pouch

• Machine wash cold and air dry.
• Keep the drawstring away from young children.
