Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information LivUP LLC ("GoLivUP", "we") collects when you visit golivup.com, buy from us or contact us, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • You give us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order details, messages to support, reviews, and survey answers.
  • Payment: card details are entered into Shopify's checkout and processed by Shopify Payments and other payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, products added to cart, referring site, and similar data. We collect this through cookies, pixels and similar tools.
  • From partners: for example ad platforms that tell us whether an ad led to a visit or purchase.

2. How we use it

To process and deliver orders, handle returns and warranty claims, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the site, send marketing you have agreed to, measure ads and show you more relevant ads, and comply with the law.

3. Cookies, pixels and partners

We use Shopify to run our store, checkout and analytics, and we may use advertising, analytics, email and review service providers. These services may set cookies or receive device and activity data so they can measure ads and build audiences. You can manage non-essential cookies in our cookie banner (where available) and in your browser settings.

4. How we disclose information

  • To service providers acting for us: hosting and checkout (Shopify), payments, order fulfillment partners and shipping carriers, email/SMS platforms, review platforms, and customer support tools.
  • To advertising partners, as described in section 3. Under some US state laws this may count as a "sale" or "sharing", or as "targeted advertising".
  • To authorities when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer.

We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Your US state privacy rights

Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others with similar laws), you may have the right to:

  • know or access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • get a portable copy;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
  • limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not intentionally collect it);
  • appeal our decision on your request.

We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

How to make a request: email livupllc@golivup.com with the subject "Privacy request", or use Your Privacy Choices. We will verify your identity using details from your order. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission. We respond within the time the law requires (usually 45 days). To appeal a decision, reply to our response with the subject "Appeal".

Do Not Sell or Share / Global Privacy Control: we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid opt-out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising for that browser.

California "Shine the Light" and notice at collection: the categories of information, their sources, purposes and recipients are listed in sections 1–4. We keep information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet tax and accounting rules, and resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify it.

6. Email and text marketing

We send marketing emails only if you sign up, and you can unsubscribe in any email. If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages from GoLivUP at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

7. Children

Our site and products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share data of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method is completely secure. Our providers may process data outside your state or country.

We will post changes here and update the date above.
