Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of golivup.com and your purchases from LivUP LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as GoLivUP ("we"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

  1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
  2. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the product. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or an item being out of stock. If we cancel, we refund any amount you paid.
  3. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable import duties and taxes for the countries we deliver to. There are no extra charges on delivery. Payments are processed through Shopify's checkout.
  4. Product information. We try to describe products accurately, including materials, size and features. Colors on screen may vary. Use products only as described on the product page and in the instructions included with your product.
  5. Shipping, returns and warranty. Delivery and duties are included in our prices. You may return or exchange any item within 90 days of delivery for any reason for a full refund, and we pay return shipping with no restocking fee. After that, manufacturer defects are covered by our 1-year product warranty. Warranty claims need your order number and photos or a video of the defect, and we review them within 7 days. If a claim is approved, we send you a free replacement within 14 days. The return address is provided when a return or claim is approved. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Warranty form part of these Terms. They don't affect your statutory rights under local consumer law.
  6. Promotions. Discount codes and offers, including free gifts, have their own conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
  7. Site use and content. Don't misuse the site, scrape it, or upload unlawful content. Our text, images and logos belong to LivUP LLC or its licensors. Reviews you post must be honest, and you give us permission to display them.
  8. Warranty disclaimer. Apart from our written 1-year product warranty and any warranty the law does not allow us to exclude, the site is provided "as is". Implied warranties on products are limited to the duration of the 1-year product warranty, as described there.
  9. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for a claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability the law does not allow us to limit.
  10. Disputes. Before filing any claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. These Terms are governed by Colorado law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the state where you live.
  11. Changes. We may update these Terms. Changes apply to orders placed after we post them.
